Max Interactive, will accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be preauthorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid in the original packaging.
In the very unlikely event you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Customer Support Department to request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our Customer Support Department within 30 days of delivery to return the original item and place an order for the new item you wish to purchase. Once we receive the original item, your original purchase price will be refunded. The stocking fee is waived for exchange. The exception to this is the custom color, engraved or embossed products.
How to Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
For any return and exchange request, the customer must contact Max Interactive Customer Support to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Please keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase when you contact us.
Some rural addresses may take additional processing and delivery times. These are established by the freight handler and we do our best to accurately quote shipping times.
