Al Giazzon

CEO

Al Giazzon joined the MAXCases team in October of 2018. As CEO, Al brings over 25 years of high-tech leadership experience with emphasis on P&L management and marketing. Al lives in the Phoenix area with his wife of 36 years; together they enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with their three adult children whenever possible.

Grady Austin

Sr. Vice President of Sales

Grady Austin, MAXCases Vice President of Sales (USA & Canada) has been leading the MAXCases team since 2012. Grady continues to build relationships with the company’s authorized reseller network as well as to grow the MAXCases brand globally. Grady lives and works with his wife in Costa Mesa, California. He is known for his exuberant personality and as the force behind the MAXCases 'Can Do' ethos. Grady's favorite quote comes from Maya Angelou: "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget the way you made them feel."

Jacqueline Pyle

VP of Operations and Finance

Jacqueline was born and raised in Southern California. She is a veteran of the US Air Force where she received various medals and awards. After serving in the military she opened up her own business, then moved on to specialize in finance, accounting, and investments for the next 16 years. After the 2008 market crash, she decided to go to medical school and graduated with honors to become a Surgical Technologist. During her time in the medical field she was recruited by MAXCases, and went back into accounting and finance. She has been a crucial team member since. Jacqueline enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, and is a certified scuba diver.

Herbert Criscito

Vice President of Sales Operations

Herb started working for MAXCases in September of 2016. He brings almost 30 years of experience to the team with various skills in Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, Sales and Purchasing.

Michael Kim

Director of Design & Innovation

Michael Kim has been in the design industry for the past 26 years. He has designed for a wide range of industries from consumer electronics, medical products, sporting/luggage goods, as well as the protective case industry in recent years. He graduated with an Industrial degree from the University of Notre Dame back in 1997 as well as an MBA in Marketing in 2007. He is an avid outdoorsman and his passions include photography, motorcycles, off roading, and fishing/hunting. He resides in Northern Utah with his wife and their dog and cat.

Brad Lopez

Operations Specialist

Brad Lopez was originally hired to be the Customer Service Rep at MAXCases in 2018 and has since expanded his role within the company as an Operations Specialist. Originally from Houston, TX, Brad moved to California in 2005 to attend Chapman University in Old Town Orange County. After graduating in 2009, he permanently relocated to the OC and now lives in Santa Ana with his husband and 3 rescue dogs (Diesel, Kaibo, and Ripley). When he's not working, you can usually find him on the couch re-reading John Steinbeck’s East of Eden surrounded by his dogs; hiking the beautiful trails of southern California; or travelling to new places (most recently Spain and the Cayman Islands).

Amber McGechie

Operations Specialist

Amber started working with MAXCases in April 2021. She is very excited to be a part of the MAXCases team as she brings over 7 years experience in various industries dealing with transportation, shipping, logistics, and operations. Amber is Southern California native, growing up in the Orange County area. When she is not working, she likes to spend time with friends and family, go to the beach, play pool, and watch the latest Marvel movies or shows.

Andre Nguyen

Amazon Seller Central Marketing Specialist

Andre joined the MaxCases team in late 2021. During his early college years, he dabbled in online sales and decided to try starting his own online business in the spring of 2016. His first two ventures failed but after his successful third launch, Andre was hooked. In spite of originally majoring in computer science, he ended up graduating with a marketing degree after enjoying it so much. Andre is proud to be able to bring over 6 years of E-commerce experience to the MaxCases team. During his free time he likes to spend time learning new useless skills and be around his family & friends. Although he loves his dogs, Andre prefers his cats more as they are not as needy. He does sometimes wish that his cats acted like his dogs though.

Natalie Giazzon

Midwest Account Manager

Natalie Giazzon joined the MAXCases team in 2018 after graduating from DePaul University with a degree in Marketing. She has a background in sales and marketing across various industries--including technology, fashion, and retail. Natalie grew up in Southern California, but lives and works in Downtown Chicago. During her free time she enjoys exploring the city, watching documentaries, and working out.

Rob Mangano

Director of Alliance & East

Rob Mangano has been working in and around the tech industry since 1997, first in distribution, then as a reseller and now as a manufacturer. He's spent the last 15+ years focused on the Education sector working with clients in both K-12 and Higher Education. Rob lives in Central Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.

Ryan Casebolt

Sales Director

Ryan Casebolt Joined MAXCases in August of 2018. Since 2001 Ryan has spent his career working with Fortune 100, Government and Education customers across the US, focusing on solutions in telecom, software, technology hardware and device protection and has developed broad relationships with some of the largest brands and technology resellers in the US. Ryan spends his time living in both Texas and Colorado with his two dogs. As a former competitive athlete, he is a huge sports nut, especially when it comes to MLB, NBA and College football. He has a passion for learning new things and loves to take on new hobbies and projects to stay busy.

Brett Whittenberg

Territory Account Manager, Southeast

Brett started his career with MAXCases in January 2019 with his first day on the job working the MAXCases booth at FETC in Orlando. He has been selling in the IT Industry for over 30 years, starting in Distribution as one of the original Tech Data sales reps, and in subsequent Channel roles with Manufacturers such as Hitachi Displays, D-Link and Targus. He is excited & honored to be a part of the MAXCases Team, selling the best of the best in protective cases for Education and other Verticals! Brett resides in Tampa, FL with his life partner Graceann & her daughter Antonia, their dog, cat and two leopard geckos. Brett’s daughter Britta lives in New York City with her husband Evan, and his son Alex is a production designer currently employed by Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Jon Rendine

Territory Account Manager, Midwest

Jon is as passionate about getting his new role with MAXCases as he is about his partners and relationships. His ‘family first’ approach to his career and his life are what drive him and it's how he treats everyone. He has spent 34 years in sales from distribution, reseller network and in manufacturing. Originating his love of technology was an Atari 400 8-bit home pc; with 8” floppy, cartridge and cassette drives. Jon has spent the last 25 years in the technology sector and loves learning about his schools, the districts and the faculty and students he proudly serves for MAXCases.

Stacy Wood

Sr. Inside Account Manager, East & Midwest

Stacy was one of the first employees to join the MAXCases team. She enjoys having a helping hand in the growth of the business along with building great relationships within the education culture. She is born and raised in Southern California and enjoys life's adventures with her husband.

Keith Mueller

Inside Sales Manager - Central Territory

Keith, a proud father, is pleased to be offering schools affordable cases that meet or exceed the Mil-Spec standard. He enjoys the outdoors and is a car enthusiast. Keith and his son likes to play with their orange tabby kitten, Pumpkin.

Lauren DiCicco

Inside Account Manager, Southeast

Lauren, a Northern New Jersey native, is excited to be part of the MAXCases team. Prior to joining the company in March 2021, she worked in several customer service and sales roles for a span of over 10 years. This enabled her to bring the skills and strengths needed to become the New Account Development Specialist MAXCases was looking for. Besides being a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and watching true crime documentaries.
