Refunds & Returns

    To request a return, please contact our customer service or fill out the RMA form. After you submit your request, our customer service team will review the details and may ask for further information from you such as pictures of the defective items or order receipts. Returns are not accepted unless authorized by the customer service team first. Only items that are damaged or defective and purchased from Maxcases.com within 30 days of the request are eligible for refunds.

    All refunds will be issued via the original payment method and will only be refunded up to the original purchase price when the order was placed. Your order’s original shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost to return your product is not included until the product is determined defective by our receiving team. If your order included a free item or gift with purchase, this item must also be returned in new condition with the original packaging.
